My passion is walking alongside people on their journey toward healing.
As a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Practitioner, I integrate evidence-based approaches with compassionate care to help children, teens, adults, and families recover from trauma, navigate life's challenges, and build stronger connections.
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens within relationships built on safety, trust, and understanding. I strive to create a space where every person feels seen and supported as they explore their experiences and begin to heal. I work collaboratively with clients at their own pace to restore balance, strengthen relationships, and nurture resilience across all stages of life.
